But who is the OP? Why does such a fearsome anti-pirate coalition use an alt in NPC corp as its spokesman?

Not only that, but their killboard is terribly inaccurate. Checking my corp on their board vs ours, it seems they have nearly all our losses to them, but only around 30% of our kills against them.
